Bill Stern
William Stern has extensive experience in corporate finance and equity investments. He has been involved in start up companies, as well as business reorganizations. Mr. Stern graduated from the University of Arizona with a B.S. in Business Administration. He has been involved in the development of several residential communities in the greater Tucson area. He received his series 7 from the N.A.S.D. For the past eleven years he has owned and operated three casino establishments in the state of Nevada. Mr Stern was granted non-restricted gaming licenses from the Nevada Gaming Commission. He was involved with refinancing and new acquisitions, as well as daily operations. In addition, he has been involved in various non-profit organizations, including the Arts Council for the Tucson Museum of Art, and served on the board of Compass Health Care Inc.
